New exciting collaboration with Australian composer and pianist Anthony Pateras will soon be played for the first time at O'culto da Ajuda in Lisbon.
S.O.S. (Sereias O Sirenes)

Sound is the central element of Maria Loura Estevão's installation S.O.S. (Sirens Or Sirens) at MAAT — Museum of Art, Architecture and Technology.
The installation features underwater sounds from the Tagus estuary recorded by Fish Bioacoustics lab.
Lisboa Soa 2023 – Festival of Sounds

Fish Bioacoustics lab was on Lisboa SOA 2023 presenting the mostly unknown underwater cacophony.
Mozambique - Ouvindo os recifes de coral debaixo d'água

A groups of panels about the soundscape on Mozambican tropical coral reefs are being exhibited at several locations in Mozambique. In patternship with Universidade Eduardo Mondlane.

Listening Underwater / Ouvindo debaixo de água - Public activities
2021 -
We have promoted the activities «Listening Underwater / Ouvindo debaixo de água» and «As vozes dos peixes / Fish voices» on events like the Birdwatching Festival of Sagres and the European Researchers' Night.
The feedback has been positive and in some situations included media coverage (e.g. RTP3; sulinformacao.pt)

Mini-exhibiton and sessions with the "scientists" in Vasco da Gama Aquarium to raise awareness of the importance of sound in the underwater world and the effects of anthropogenic noise. For that we tried to create a simple and appealing structure to add sounds to the visits at the Vasco da Gama Aquarium (website).
Le Son de la terre
2021
Contribution of fish sound files (Lusitanian toadfish) to a podcast about acoustic communication in fish [broadcasted on Radio France Inter - link), and that were later included in the book Le Son de la terre ("The Sound of the Earth"), edited by Jerome Sueur.
Fluviário de Mora - “Sons dos Peixes”
2021
Participation in the implementation of the permanent exhibition at Fluviário de Mora - "Fish Sounds" produced under the Sonicinvaders research project. The exhibition includes interactive panels with fish sounds and abiotic underwater sounds, which are commonly heard in freshwater environments.

Several activities were done through the years in the Birdwatching Festival of Sagres.
